Our relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you. Any purchase you make in our store is made directly with Poor Knights Supply Co. Shopify is not responsible for any part of a sale between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products you buy, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases from us.

Our designs, product descriptions, and About page include history of the medieval Knights Templar. We research it with care, but it is offered for general interest and is not a substitute for scholarly sources. We may update the content of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to do so.

Changes to prices and the Services

Prices for our products may change without notice. We may change or discontinue the Services (or any part or content of them) at any time without notice. We won't be liable to you or anyone else for any change, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Products

Made to order. Every item is printed on demand and made just for you after you place your order. We don't keep ready-made stock.

Colors and mockups. Product images are digital mockups. We do our best to show colors and designs as accurately as possible, but actual shirt and ink colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your device and display settings and on the printing process.

Our designs. Our designs are original artwork inspired by the history of the Knights Templar. The designs, text, images, and other content on this site belong to Poor Knights Supply Co. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them without our written permission. Poor Knights Supply Co. is an independent apparel brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any modern Templar, Masonic, or chivalric organization.

Availability. Sizes and colors vary by product, as shown on each product page. We may limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, limit quantities, change product descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

Returns and shipping. Purchases may be returned, replaced, or refunded only as described in our Refund policy. Production times, shipping costs, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping policy.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limits may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment card, or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to let you know using the email address, billing address, or phone number you gave when you placed the order. We may limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Please double-check your shipping address before you order.
