Shipping policy

Processing time

All items are printed to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) before an order ships, and it can take longer during peak seasons from Black Friday through December.

Shipping rates

United States: free standard shipping on every order.
International: calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated delivery times after production

United States: 3–5 business days.
Canada, Europe, and other international destinations: 5–20 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Delivery estimates aren't guarantees. We're not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or customs holds.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may ship in more than one package, depending on the product and production facility.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.

Restricted destinations

We can't ship to some countries or regions because of legal or carrier restrictions. Our production partner's current list includes Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, and the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. See the Refund policy for reshipping.
