How long will my order take to arrive?

Every shirt is printed just for you after you order, so delivery happens in two stages. Production usually takes 2–5 business days to print, check, and pack your order. Standard US shipping then usually takes 3–5 business days. Most US orders arrive in about 5–10 business days in total. Peak seasons such as the November–December holidays can add a few days, so order early for gifts. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. International orders usually arrive within 10–20 business days after production, depending on the destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout says otherwise. For legal or carrier reasons, we can't ship to some destinations.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, usually within 2–5 business days of ordering. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show updates after you get the email.

Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Each item is made to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size choice. Please check the size chart before you order. If something is wrong with your order, see the next question. We'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong. What do I do?

We're sorry! Email us at poorknightssupplyco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo of the problem and of the whole item, and a photo of the shipping label if the package was damaged. Once we confirm the problem, we'll send a free replacement or give a refund. You don't need to send the item back.

How do your shirts fit?

Our tee is the unisex Bella+Canvas 3001, with a modern, true-to-size unisex fit. Women who prefer a looser fit may want their usual size; for a more fitted look, go one size down. Check the size chart for exact measurements.

How should I care for my shirt?

To keep your print looking sharp, turn the shirt inside out and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Tumble dry low, or hang dry for the longest print life. Don't use bleach or fabric softener, don't iron directly on the print (iron inside out on low heat if needed), and don't dry clean.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Production starts quickly, so we can only change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. Email poorknightssupplyco@gmail.com as soon as possible. After your order goes into production, we can't change or cancel it.

What if my package is lost or marked delivered but I can't find it?

Please check with neighbors and your local post office first, and wait 1–2 days, because carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. If it still doesn't turn up, email us at poorknightssupplyco@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll help. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Are you affiliated with any Templar organization?

No. Poor Knights Supply Co. is an independent apparel brand inspired by the history of the medieval Knights Templar. We are not affiliated with any modern Templar, Masonic, or chivalric organization.
